I recently stayed at Cerise in Valence for one night while traveling. The aparthotel was exactly what I needed for a quick stopover. The furniture and fixings were a bit old but still in good working condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the boy in the lobby who assisted us with calling a taxi and troubleshooting our wifi connection. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory and the secure parking was a big plus. It was also easy to find from the motorway, with a petrol station conveniently located nearby.

Would recommend this hotel.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever seen. The service was terrible.I Would never stay in this hotel again. I hope that you take it off your list. I had to cancel our reservation for the 30/06/2011 because of the state this hotel is in.

Confort

The luck of cleaneness of the room, linen wasn't changed every day, the floor was never hoovered for the entire duration of our stay, dust everywhere, it's obvious the room wasn't dusted for a long time, even cobwebs.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great value for money. The prices were affordable, especially considering the convenient location within a large shopping centre on the north east side of the N86. Moreover, the staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light. I also appreciated having a handy kitchenette in my room, which added an extra level of convenience. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were okay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, ample parking, and helpful staff. We also appreciated the convenient location close to shops and transportation. The breakfast was above average.

Easev of motorway access

No Tea/coffee making facility in room or lobby. Not even a machine to buy from. A basic need for any traveller.

The rooms at this hotel are equipped with handy kitchenettes, perfect for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. Everything was fine and met my expectations.

Breakfast was good.

Man at the desk initially tried to short change us. Older woman was rude and unhelpful. Upon advising her we only had one towel in our room she provided us with two hand towels! She was also totally unhelpful in regards wifi; initially telling us it was not available despite it being advertised on their website. The younger wowan on reception was helpful and pleasant, however.

Absolutely nothing appealing about this decieving location

Could hardly relate the pictures on the web page as being the same place, we had a room that overlooked the smoking area and constantly filled with smoke, no shower curtain, very noisy guests-i accept this is not directly the fault of the hotel,and upon arrival although we had booked we were not on the register atall and were 'lucky' to get a room. very over priced for what you get, will not recommend

We had a great overnight stay at a road aparthotel. The location was convenient, close to a large shopping complex and shops in the surrounding area. Our room was basic but comfortable, equipped with our own kitchenette and free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the secure parking.

The room and furniture were a bit outdated, but still comfortable for an overnight stop.

was located in an industrial/commercial zone outside the city, which was not that obvious on the map. because of this we had trouble finding the hotel and almost did not get in the hotel, as the reception closes the door and is not occupied anymore after 10 pm ... :-(

Pictures at the website are deceiving. Hotel looks better than it actually is. Our room did not have a curtain for the shower.

It was so convenient to have basic amenities like a kitchenette in the room, and the big windows provided a lovely view. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast offered was also delicious and satisfying.

All was satisfactory, nothing to be improved.

Very friendly staff, secure parking, clean and spacious room, easy access to motorway, nearby petrol station, helpful and patient receptionist.

There was nothing I didn't like.
